Rental Agreement

To apply for an RV Site, please click the link to the Rental Application/Agreement,  print out to complete the application, review our Rules section (last pages) and return the signed and completed application along with two pictures of your RV (front and back) and email to [email protected]

We will review your application and let you know normally within 24 hours. Please call 903-504-6474 if do not hear back in timely manner.

Meet the Owners

Meet Woody and Karen Woodward, Owners/Managers of Garden Valley Self Storage and now Garden Valley RV Park.  When Woody's mother, May Woodward (Mayzie), retired she began what would become almost 50 years of full time RV'ing throughout North America. Mayzie lived and loved the RV life and all the wonderful people she met along the road.  May retired here in East Texas from traveling but continued to live full time in her RV on the banks of Lake Tyler (another one of the beautiful lakes here in area). We are happy to open up Garden Valley RV Park in memory of a loving mother and wonderful woman, May Woodward, and hope others might find and enjoy the RV life as much as she did.
